Thanks, I know it is attached to the appraisal, just wasn't sure.
Comerica is focused on E&O insurance. I google it and it is Error or Omission insurance that can cover lawsuits from errors of employees amongst other things.

Page 578 is the invoice.
I also found it interesting on Page 604, there was a Paisley Park summer series planned that was cancelled to Prince's passing. A Monique Linder was seeking payment for services tied to that.
Also, Iron Mountain was looked at initially on 08/02/17.
On 03/23/17, Traci Bransford filed a request for the confidentiality agreement between Prince and Mayte (page 609)

I think this may have to do with remasters and vault material. What if musicians and co-writers do not get credit and try to sue. We have already heard associates complaining.

I remember one of his friends from the Northside said they were working on a music festival for the summer. I still do not understand why you would sue when someone passes away. It is not like they planned to die and stiff you for your time and why wait so long to file a claim.
I wanted to know if you remember that their were 7 child claims that were sealed and we only seem to know about the resutls of 5.

I would assume (and we know what they say about assuming), that the other 2 were not determined heirs since Prince's siblings were determined heirs of the estate. Children would have a higher claim. I would also imagine if a trust was set up, those claims would not have gone thru probate.
I agree with suing someone due to death. I guess, in hindsight, a death clause should have been in this agreements. Since there wasn't one, some lawyer is going to sue to get their % of the settlement. For them, it is business.
The music festival seemed like a very cool idea. [Edited 10/18/17 12:31pm]

You are correct if there were trust we are not going to know anything about it.
