The 1981 Controversy Tour version of DO ME, BABY from the New Orleans show is the DEFINITIVE version... Seriously. It will melt your face off. Crystal clear recording with just enough crowd noise. Prince's vocals that night were ON ANOTHER LEVEL. Super impassioned. The band was on point too. Incredible. I can't imagine how this song could have been better.

Is this the same show that boasts the "Punk" version of Annie Christian?

Yes! There is some punk energy throughout the show, but especially on that song.

Yeah! At the Saenger theater here in New Orleans! He played there again for the One Night Alone tour. I love that old boot I have of that show. Whole show is great
