Black archives- minneapolis funk compilation

I don't know if this was posted before but it has Prince's 12 inch version of America on it. It doesn't sound like a needle drop either. It may be old news to some but it's new to me. I like it
By the way, it's a French release from Warner' s back in 2002 if I'm not mistaken.

as far i remember it's an official release with the 12" extended version of America (the only place it's available on Cd apparently.)
