Architectural drawings of home Prince wanted to build

Wild. I wonder where in Chan he was thinking of building this? On his Galpin Road property?

Some crazy Prince fan will build this themselves to live in smile Imagine having a house in the shape of a Symbol. Thats the ultimate tribute to the man himself.
I can imagine the circle being the main living quarters with the end points being different musical experiences/rooms.

It'd go on that huge Galpin property.

This tells us he was planning on tearing down that home for years. So it was just that he was tired of it.

I wish someone who is good with virtual architectural design programming would get the schematics for this and give us a vision of what it would have looked like. That would be really great...

I wonder if she was aware of these drawings or his desire to have a prince shaped house because she never mentions it in her book.

Those would be real wings.
I'd like to see MN use their $17 million share of his estate taxes to buy that big Galpin property and dio something like that there.
It hasn't come up for sale yet, oddly.

I still hold a vision of Paisley Park being a museum/recording studio/performing arts center/performing arts school. But I guess that's just my personal vision of what PP should be... Somehow, I feel that it's what Prince envisioned...

They're following his instructions of what he envisioned.

Besides, PP would get cramped for space with all that in one place., especially since they only have 5% of his stuff even catalogued as of the last article about it.

They're gonna need a whole lotta space once everything is situated.

The estate can do what the David Bowie estate did-have a wonderful exhibit touring the world. DB really knew how to do it...

You're right. They could do that. And a touring exhibit would be lovely.

But what if that's not what P left explicit instructions on how he wanted things done?

I don't know and I don't have any secret inside information of any kind, but still...If what the estate is currently doing and planning to do in the future is because they are following explicit instructions from P about how he wanted them to proceed with the preservation and furtherance of his legacy...If that is the case...Knowing that, if that is the case, shouldn't they continue to follow his wishes regardless?

I'm just asking for claryficattion of your opinion out of curiosity. I'm not judging the value of your opinion.

I don't think Prince left his estate and legacy as well-arranged, obviously, as David Bowie. Bowie actually saw the touring exhibit with his famiy before he passed away from cancer. I didn't see it in person, but I did on video and it is wonderful. I just think that the estate would do justice to Prince's legacy by following that example. That is only my opinion, of course.

He had a model of this house in his office. You can see it in theLove 4One Another TV special. A picture of it was used for an early draft of artwork for the Exodus album too.

-- Many people including Brown Mark, Apples, and Kim Berry are saying the exhibits were up already up in Paisley Park the museum was what he wanted. I cannot figure out why no one wants to every listen or believe what these people have to say. In addtion, Graceland people have said they have plans to do something with the studios.

I feelya.

I didn't either...until I realized there were trusts, it's been disclosed by his representation in an interview and discussed in Org threads months ago.

Gotta love trusts. Private, opague, and no prying eyes to know who got what or how much.

The only portion of P's assets that the public can see and know are the ones he apparently chose to leave transparent. Very sophisticated wealth and legacy peotection tool.

So, actually what's seen publicly is simply smoke and mirrors disguising the tip of an iceberg.

Anyway, I need to make coffee now. Carry on.

Interesting because we all discussed that there could be trust and with museum instructions and deals with WB that go into eternity that he had plans that go around probate.

Who disclosed their were trusts?
