July 24...and if I'm the oldest (aka most mature) org member, for my birthday I want a copy of One Night Alone. If not, I'll just have to continue consoling myself with round-the-clock Prince...in the house, in the car, on the stairs, in my mind and heart. Thank God for the blessing of my totally supportive husband. How supportive? I was recently taken to the hospital in the middle of the night....purple t-shirt, no underpants ...and instead of grabbing for some pants as they loaded me in the ambulance, my beloved hovered over me and asked if I needed my Prince music. In the ICU they asked if I followed any particular belief...PRINCE, I said. They sent me home early.

When I was hospitalized this past Fall my son broght my entire digital P collection on my MacBookPro and my headphones.

The staff quickly learned that I was either listening to P, watching P, or both 24/7.

They'd stop and ask me about whatever they saw onscreen or heard playing from my headphones.

P. S. I wore the black TShirt w/P in light purple that I bought from the PP website when they updated merch after 4/21.

I've always known about Prince and, for some reason, I've always been able to recognize his voice. But, there was a time where - out of the blue - I just started thinking about him and it got more and more often until I decided to immerse myself into his purple world. Then, I followed him on Twitter and all social media I could, started listening to all of his music I could find, started watching all of his music videos and concert footage, and I was hooked. Now, I like to think I know as much as anyone could about him. But, I find something new every day.

Prince is amazing. I love him.

57, same age of Pops when he passed last year.

I love seeing all the different ages here! Prince is just positively inspiring and super awesome and it's so wonderful to see how he is loved and appreciated by so many generations!! I'll be 50 this year. Been loving our Purple One since I was 16 and will NEVER stop adoring him!!!!
