Thanx, but I knew about the Galpin house being torn down. What I didn't get was that the Toronto house wasn't.

Somewhere in there I thought the Toronto house was also torn down and sent to M2 cuz she wanted it in the divorce. I've gotten my P mythology all cornfused. LMAO

I don't think so. The house was on the market before Prince died and the owner pulled the listing upon hearing of Prince's death so as not to appear opportunistic. Sitting on a piece of property you want to sell (and continuing to pay the mortgage, interest, and taxes on it) so as not to appear greedy is pretty classy IMO.

I don't see any quotes from the homeowner or realtor in there. It is entirely possible that the Daily Mail has been trolling the listing for this house since it was pulled and wrote the article from nothing - or repackaged an article from when it first went on the market before Prince died.

But by all means, let's get out the tar and feathers for the homeowner - just in case.
