When Doves Cry - background scream

Something that I've wondered for about 25 years... what does Prince yelp in the background at around 3.22 of When Doves Cry? It's just for a moment. Always given me the creeps, that little one.

I don't hear anything. Just the break of "When doves cry" over and over before the guitar solo comes in.

wrong: I isolated it, reversed it, and slowed it way down and it is actually the 9min 24 Sec version of "Hey Hannigan" *with Bass solo*
