Well. 'rare' or 'non album'. Just a tag to differentiate between stuff that was released, but not on the album. I didn't miss off the full Shockadelica, I was simply keeping space to a premium. It's on the Camille disc. Ahh its all good then I will take my place, In the great below

yeah I would rather some stuff that came directly from the SOTT (non Dream Factory/Crystal Ball/Camille) period

I like this. But why not add some SOTT shows? SquirrelMeat suggested First Avenue 21st March 1987 and Antwerp 29th June 1987. The wooh is on the one!

Accidentally started another thread, so here's my vague track list for a vinyl deluxe edition (with download). I was thinking of something that could actually be easily possible, and great for normal fans, not just us hardcore ;) . Disks 1 and 2: original album . Disk 3: Camille (Exact replica of the super rare album!) Not sure if some tracks may differ from the versions on SOTT, but they'd certainly transition differently... Such a good album to hear properly mastered and sequenced!! . Disk 4: B-Sides, 12" mixes and out takes. This could include: Crystal Ball Dream Factory Visions Witness 4 the Prosecution A Place In Heaven Movie Star All My Dreams U Got the Look (Long Look) House Quake (Mo'Quake) Hot Thing (Extended Remix) La La La, He He He

I think Purple Rain is a good start for the many deluxe editions to come. Sign O' The Times would have been cool as the first deluxe edition but, it would have been a task to put it together and it may have been too much. It's gonna be interesting to see how a deluxe edition to Sign O' The Times would turn out. So many unreleased songs to consider along with demo and alternate mixes. One things for sure is that the estate/NPG Records will have my money when that's released.
