I know this question has probably been flogged to death already, but lets give it another lash!

Whats Rebels sound like--I never got this one? Read about it but is it worth seeking out? "Climb in my fur."

Yeah - not bad. The rest of studio nights is absolutley feckin fan-bloody-tastic. Loads of extended versions of great early (70s and 80s) Prince songs and unreleased stuff.
If you see it- get it. It's 6CDs.

If you see it- get it. It's 6CDs. I think I have one of them--the one with Darling Nikki and Delerious etc on it. I always thought Prince had an affinity for agresive freedom fighting type of styles for a band..Rebels/Revolution type of names, music. "Climb in my fur."

the Rebel's material is cool even though alot of the guitar work is reminiscent of Boston.

Prince just sings backing on most of the Rebels tracks
and lets Andre, Dez & Gayle take turns singing lead.
