Picturing Prince: A intimate Portrait: Author Steve Parke

This book is relaease April 6th ... Not sure Im looking forward to receiving and going through all the sadness again.. Will be interested on other peoples reviews of it.

^^^ This. It's in the UK or somewhere else in April. The publisher picked the date, not Parke for those wondering. If you follow Parke on his personal Facebook page, he's been updating about it.

You mean Allen Beaulieu?

I'd love to have a book from Jeff Katz. In fact, one of my favorite Prince photos has Jeff in it.

Allen said somewhere he has about 300 photos of Prince (including Vanity 6 and the Time) he took a bunch for the Purple Rain period that Prince did not use too

So... This arrived yesterday and it's wonderful. So many superb pictures of Prince the man but it's the anecdotes that really got me.

Thoroughly thoroughly recommended. A must buy really.

My fave shot is probably him playing basketball.

Agreed, it's a wonderful book with fantastic anecdotes and some candid photos of Prince. It did make me sad by the end for some reason but you will really enjoy it if you're a fan.
