Well, I know that there was definitely a will made around 2003/2004.
Who knows what happened to it, but if it were to be found, my understanding is that it'd be valid.
If you do not mind my asking, how do you definitely know this? |

What's really hard to take and believe is Prince dying of and doing any kind of drugs, period. It just doesn't add up! How many times have we heard of how clean living he was, how he used to lecture others on and ban anything unhealthy from Paisley Park, or anywhere around him? I even remember articles I've read, where others says how even in his younger days, he used to shake his head unapprovingly at others, and say something to them when he knew they were high on drugs. All you ever heard was how clean living he was, how he used to eat right, etc. That's why it's so hard for us fans that's been a fan for so long, to believe that he was a drug abuser/user. I think there was more going on, like he was seriously ill, or else murdered, because things just don't add up. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll ever know the full or real truth surrounding his health or death. |

Then it would have been made when he was married to M2 if it was drafted in 2003/2004.
If he made M2 a benny it would not be valid as a divorce would revoke her as a benny.

If there was a will the Probate Court had to bring that to the court 90 days after his death. The lawyer who made the will could be disbarred if he/she didn't.
Very interesting. |

Yes - there was a will made when he was with Manuela. He asked her to look after it, she didn't feel comfortable with that and gave it back to him, telling him that it needed to be looked after by lawyers. My understanding is that rather than drafting it with a lawyer in the first place, as most do, he literally wrote it up himself.
That's as much as I know on that subject.
Mayte had also mentioned that there had been a will whilst she was married to Prince, also.
So there's at least two wills that, at one time, existed. |

Well.... to address another point made on one of the numerous "Prince knew he was going to die" topics....
It appears that Prince wearing his long sleeves/sweaters backwards was likely one of his own eccentricities... I don't have the video of it, but during his Grammy presentation in orange, I believe the one with his statement "books/black lives matter"... he's clearly wearing that thing backwards.
I think it may have been the composition and framing he was looking for. It accents his shoulders and clavicle. I've seen him wear shirts like that in several other photos, but I'm at work...and not at liberty to do much posting ♫"Trollin, Trolling! We could have fun just trollin'!"♫ |

I'm not saying he was "murdered", but the fact is that there is still currently an OPEN HOMICIDE investigation. Point blank, end of story

Prince took medication that he thought was something else.... that's murder folks.
Was it by omission or comission ? That's the only question here.
Is it murder in the classical sense? No, BUT still murder. |

My take on it, if we believe it to be accidental - the Narcan shots removed Prince's tolerance for the pain medication he was on. With no tolerance, a small or regular dose overwhelms you. Same thing that happened to Amy Winehouse with alcohol. You build up tolerance over time and your body can handle a lot.
BTW - Prince mended his relationship with Tyka circa 2013 and she was running NPG Publishing. It is not correct to say she was absent from his life.
Exactly, more misinformation being assumed. Tyka has been running all those takedowns on YouTube for years. I had one on Instagram days before he died (it snowed in April in upstate NY), and the reply email for a dispute was Tyka's name at NPG publishing.
The Narcan theory is interesting, but unfortunately not that easy. A couple of nurse friends of mine, both of whom are really excellent in their field - and one of which is a Prince fan, said this, "Narcan doesn't work that way. It blocks the effects of opioids and opiates. It doesn't remove the tolerance. One thing that an opioid does do is it makes the pain that you're feeling worse over time which makes you want to take more, because you think you’re going to get relief."
He added, "
It was an accident. He took too much. When people start discussing whether or not he had any type of hip surgery. I truly believe that he had hip arthroscopy done. That type of procedure barely leave any scarring on your body. Basically what it does is it removes the pony fragments in your acetabulum is part of your hip socket."
Alcohol is a totally different demon, unrelated.

Prince chose to use the symbol as his name.
Mayte and Manuela have never asked you, or anyone, to refer to them with their initials and numbers that position their lives as having no meaning other than being Prince's first and second wives.
It's disrespectful. Period.

Okay, hold the fuck up. During damn near the most part of the last year, since Prince left this Earth. For all intents and purposes...he NEVER, EVER HAD A WILL AT ALL...according to any and everybody that could, would, should and damn sure had the legal obligation/responsibility to make sure he had one.
Yet here we are vastly approaching the one year anniversary of his transcendence and all of a sudden...both Mayte and Manuela...recall him actually having one...exactly and only when he was married to them. I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart. |

Almost everything about Princeworld has been fucked up since May 2016. I just really dislike all these contradicting statements and mystery surrounding his passing. A thought that's always been on my mind is that if P really was a crazy drug addict, why did tragedy never strike him before? A lot of fans argue that PP being empty the night he ODd was probably his choice, but to me that spells out MANY long nights and opportunities to OD in an empty house. So it happening days after he made that save your prayers for a few days was kind of off putting. Ultimately I personally believe P agreed to get help and was probably down to try rehab, but didn't think he'd be able to go on sober with his pain and accepted he could die in 2016, 17, 18, or any day.so he was resigned to the certainty of death, because his pain problems and drug issues had worn him down. I doubt he expected it to be so soon after his transformation-causing OD on the plane. But I still have weird and suspicious vibes about his death. There's something being hidden, but we just don't know how major the info is. Maybe do, just not like did before |

If he had wills written during his 2 marriages, I think it's safe to assume both wills mentioned his wife. Therefore it's also very likely that he has destroyed the wills after the marriages ended. |
