Choose your picture on photobucket, click the drop down icon on the upper left corner of the photo and select Share. it will open up the window with all the embed code options. Choose IMG and copy the whole URL string. Then click on the little "Insert/edit image" icon at the top of the text box. Paste the URL into the field that says Image URL.

NOW HERE IS THE KICKER: BEFORE you try to insert the photo, Delete all the characters at the beginning of the string before http// and delete all the characters at the end of the string after .jpeg

Now click on Insert and voila, your picture will show up. Just did it with this picture below and it worked. Thanks to Trivial Pursuit who helped me figure this out. Good luck.
