This is all starting to make sense to me.
1. ASPIRO and Tidal have not countersued, but rather, is delaying the proceedings by inserting new filings thereby forcing the court to address technicalities about the "real parties of interest", and the allowance of claim under Minnesota Pobate Code.
2. As in, we made a deal with Prince, ( who is deceased) and that Bremer lack the credentials to sue. This procedural delay is why Tidal is still streaming from the catalog until there is a cease and desist order.
2. In November, Bremer asked Universal Music Group to begin negotiating with Apple, Spotify, and other streaming services prior to the Grammys next month (February).
3. In November, Roc Nation filed a "Peition of Roc Nation LLC for allowance of claim and additional relief seeking a TRO and alleged that the administrator of Prince's estate did not have the authority to shop the artist's songs to competing streaming services.
4. Bremer Trust is asserting that the exclusive streaming was only for 90 days and only for the final album "HIT n RUN". However, Tidal subsequently hosted 15 of the artist's LP's
5. Despite the new filings, ASPIRO nor ROC Nation have filed a countersuit against Bremer ( there is none in the court records) nor have they proivided Bremer with any supporting documents to substantiate the claims there are oral and written agreements in place. Good luck getting Prince to confrim that he said X.
6. The "allowance of claim" (mentioned of above) and its interpretation, seems to be the the argument that both sides are seeking guidance from the court under Minnesota Probate Code.
7. Below is a link for the details to include emails between the parties. Of note, Bremer had been asking TIdal/Roc nation for any documents related to any contrafts between NPG/Prince and Tidal from since May. The goods start @ around page 9 on down. (II ARGUMENT)

Thanks Menes. That Limited Objection filed by Roc Nation was so wordy even I couldnt understand it. I had to go pour a glass of wine hoping that would help me understand the words. It didnt help. I think Roc Nation's defense is to file wordy documents that dont make sense which will leave their opponent dazed and confused.

I am not sure if wordy documents are going to stop copyright infringement laws. There is more to this Roc Nation stuff then we know and the recent allegations against Londell make it clear to me that he may be eager to Tidal out of the picture so he can get a cut of a deal with the other platforms. Also remember he was accused of leaking Tyka's meeting with Jay-z to the press. The first people to report on it was TMZ and Londell associates with that Van Rascal persons who is suppose to be a spy for TMZ.

Yes, going back to 2008 it seemed to have been an issue with property taxes.
Prince, The Artist Former... His Taxes
Also there seemed to be some confusion about a tax issue with the french tax authorities for shows between 2009-2010. A summons was issued compelling him to appear. What came of it was an apparent Stipulation of Dismissal by P (whatever that means).
United States of America ...nesota ...
No confusion he paid them and once again no record of foreclosure in his properties. It is not in the Carver county records. No matter what City papers has to say.

1. In July , 2015, Prince and Roc Nation entered into a 5 year agreement wherein Prince granted worldwide streaming rights for three forthcoming albums and agreed not to grant exclsuive rights to his music to any other didgital streaming service. Isnt this still in effect?
2. NPG/NPG Publishing entered into an exclusive worldwide distribution agreement," granting Tidal the right to stream the entire catalog of music , with some exceptions" . Isn't this still in effect?
3. The term of the second agreement was three years, or until full recoupment of the advance given to Prince. Paid up?
My question is how would Phaedra or Londell gain access to what/how much is being streamed more than they should be (unless its just that "exception" part)? How could they modify the existing agreement one way or the other without the expressed written consent of Prince ( who is deceased)? I am not sure they can modify it. Interesting.

Im confused as to what you mean about who Londell supports.

Yep, and Prince knew that too. So did Chaka Khan, Chaka didn't want that, Chaka mad. RIP

In regards to the curiosity thread----
Yes, I was on there reading the thread last night, and the last post was all about P and drugs. The poster apologized at the end of the post in italics at the end and stated "Sorry, I know we're not supposed to talk about P and Rx medicine/pills"....then within literally 1 minute, the thread was deleted. I'm not going to say who the poster was, because I know they will get backlash. They know who they are.Peace and Love [Edited 1/23/17 11:08am] [Edited 1/23/17 11:10am]

It's not clear to me why the poster's post just couldnt be deleted, perhaps issue a stern warning , or suspend priveledges for a day or so. There are so many ways to deal with that without having to delete hundreds of thoughts and ideas on that thread. I can't imagine why a person would post something just to get an entire thread removed. If they apologized, why such a harsh reaction? Makes no sense. Deleting the entire thread( which contained a wealth of information besides discussions about "X") ,seems quite broad and intentional. 'Till April then.

When Amazom and Netflix started they had a lot of competition their must have been thousands of dot.com start ups and plenty of people laughed at Netflix going up against Blockbuster. No company is going to buy a large stake in a business if they think it is going to fail and even if they buy Jay-Z out of his 50% share he will walk away a rich man which I believe is what is disturbing people.
