Oh yes sorry 1997. I found an expired d/l link for it online that was posted last month so I assumed it was new. Could it be a new source?

The bootleg cover on the expired link blog post lookd very late 90's photoshop though, so it could be an old boot but could also be someone with limited skills on photoshop or someone who wanted to emulate the cover style of those years' boots.
