Londell may be referring to Purple Rain Deluxe. On Twitter, he used an Umbrella emoji(as in if it's "Rain"ing).

Now he has passed there is a body of work that can no longer be added to. As such we can reflect on that body of work and if his estate want to release it then do so. However don't play the mystique card. Yes prince was magical but these people should realise they are curators not tentacles of Prince. They have the opportunity to promote his genius to a broad church for generations to come. Let's face it, this is not just about the Vault, a huge part of his released music needs to be discovered.
