"Mozart, Beethoven, and Chopin never died. They simply became their music." Not sure how many here watch "Westworld", but this was a quote from a speech that one of the main character's gave in last night's season finale. When I heard it, I couldn't help but think of Prince.

SAME HERE! WestWorld sucked me in because of the actors first (Hopkins and Wright), and then when it kept repeating a scene over and over I thought...hmmm..okay we're going for a non-linear time equation like Tarantino. As the series continued we went into psychological ventures and then last week into philosophical areas. When the question was asked, "How do you describe consciousness?" sent me back to college philosophy class when the same question was asked and the priest took that opportunity to deep dive into metaphysics! I needed to scuba gear for that!! Sorry, did not mean to wander so far out in the weeds! But yeah, I thought the EXACT same thing!! Style is the second cousin to class

Just FYI: Mozart died on this date in 1791. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
