I just don't get why people go to tribute band gigs. Don't get me wrong - these people are very good, very tight, exciting and its obvious why they would want to do it but what's in it for the audience?

Real music by real musicians

none of that visual imitation, just the music speaks for itself

Prince would be proud here,

Sign O' The Times, Glamorous Life – amazing, truly. I love how they've not only painstakingly recreated the original recordings (with all the effects!), but incorporated Prince's more recent live arrangements as well.

Hats off, period.

I love what they say at the end...

I'm actually with you on this; but this tribute was off the chain, so to speak. The fact that they went through such lengths to mimic that "Prince" sound, was phenomonal. The excitement and the fact that the band was obviously feeling what they were playing. I admit that if I were in the audience I would have been quite excited to hear this. And as odd as it is, hearing "The Beautiful One's" after the singers thoughts on why Prince's music sounds so right when sung by women, gave me a completely new appreciation for the song.

Yes, Good Job. Quite of few songs to learn for what looks like one performance.

He nailed Computer Blue...

They didn't sang any Verse or Chorus on Let's Work,,,hhhmmm smile

I generally can't stand tribute stuff, but these guys did an amazing job.

Not a bad attempt at a Hitler moustache either, but - d'oh!, it's on the wrong side of his mouth.

Just to clarify: They're NOT a Prince tribute band at all; it was just a couple of musician friends put together by the lead singers couple out of admiration of Prince's music and to honor his legacy.Took them 4 months of preparation for what i guess was a one time 2 day concert. So, just immensly talented fans of P's music, not a tribute band wink

Would have been even better without this autotune effect on all the vocals.
