The third one (rambler) is the only one in my price range.

. That third one is very nice inside (well, that laundry area is kind of utilitarian, but otherwise!). I'd live there in a heartbeat. . The most expensive of the three - beautiful. I can't imagine living on on a property like that. And having an indoor basketball court. So that house has been newly built, as in the land was owned by Prince but the house itself is new? [Edited 11/16/16 5:33am] I'm curious about that because the listing has year built as 2017. It says: Offered by Prince's estate. Do not miss the opportunity to own new construction by Gonyea Homes on Lake Riley with an acre and a half of wooded privacy. The home itself will be filled with high-end custom details, an indoor sport court, game room, theatre area, 10ft ceilings on the main level, and gorgeous views of the lake. That sounds like the first two houses haven't been built yet and the photos are of what the finished house would look like? So did the estate sell the land to this builder? Paisley Park is in your heart

Thanks for the information. Sad to see his lot up for sale that had the purple house and where his dad lived. Nice lots and homes.

Nice lots and homes. -/Well his family could get a loan from the estate to purchase the properties but if they have no interest in keeping them the best thing to do is to sell. You can't get sentimental about property.

I am in agreement with you. Sometimes the little things make Prince's passing ring in and hit you again. That is what I was trying to convey.

Tax bills need to be paid or the government starts taking things far more valuable than these properties. The family doesn't need them, they need to pay the bills first.

/// There was s list in the court docs. The estate appears to be getting rid of residential investment properties and at this time is keeping the commercial properties.

I thought two of the properties listed were Kiowa Trail. And the build date is 2017 which would mean the houses haven't been built yet. I know the list you're referring to. When I once drove by those Kiowa Trail addresses I just saw land, no houses. But I didn't see house numbers so it's possible I wasn't looking at the right property. Paisley Park is in your heart

These are the two Kiowa properties. I can only find one of these properties on that realator site now so not sure if the other one was listed in error or already sold. Paisley Park is in your heart

Yeah I love Lake Riley. For selfish reasons I'm glad Prince chose to stake his claim in Chanhassen. I read that one of the cities they looked at for Paisley Park was Orono (a city near Lake Minnetonka). Not sure why he finally decided on Chanhassen but I'm glad he did. 💜 Paisley Park is in your heart

I've got a sneaky feeling it got locked by the mods as an invasion of privacy as the family were still living in some of the properties on the thread in question. Would explain why you can't find it. There's always a rainbow 🌈 , at the end of every rain ☔️

I can't believe that gate hasn't been stolen, it definitely would have been if it was around where I live! Maybe they could spruce it up a bit and auction it for charity or something. There's always a rainbow 🌈 , at the end of every rain ☔️

Kirk lives (or was living) in one of the houses across from the huge Galpin property. All three, 2 houses and 1 piece of property between, were all on the list to be sold. TRUE BLUE

What happened that he would have the house bulldozed?
