Prince was active for 40 years...longer than you were alive based on what you wrote that you are younger than Andy. He and Andy had a HISTORY. Go look at some of threads regarding Prince and Vanity or Mayte and other women that had a history with him; this is nothing. Relationships make the world go around. re the songs they worked on: according to andy's comments, as well as prince's way of working, they recorded all of the songs u bring up within the same yr. there maybe be a few odds and ins but the spent 12-15 months writing and recording tracks. just because prince released a song in 2014 doesn't mean andy flew out that afternoon and recorded it with him. there is a reason there is a vault full of material. and his engineers have said that he would send them down to pull up old tracks and re-work them. the time frame of their fling was the same as the rest, about 2 yrs. didn't they start up in 2011? which would fit in the the date of the scientist poem, 2013. 2 yrs and he lost interest/found someone else. FOTW, only in your imagination was prince trying to woo andy back into his life.

JH enters the scene in 2014 and spent the half of every month at PP until he died. nonone has denied or disputed her comments and she has been front and center at the memorials since the purple box give away. hell i don't even care for her but it is what it is. have u ever seen AA and JH around together?

Prince said in interviews that he would record songs and shelve them until the appropriate release time, namely when he had an album that they fit into. The songs that he wrote and recorded with Andy fit into the story of their "Rock N Roll Love Affair" that he was telling in AOA and HNR2.

Andy's dad is Cameroonian (east) and her mom is American (west).

Prince treated his relationship with Andy much differently than his with Judith.He did not hold back his feelings about Andy and let the whole world know how he felt about her. Also it seems it was Andy who pulled away from Prince.Her not being around much the past few years was likely her idea not his.He still was reaching out to her and supporting her up til the end. Like I said there was someone else but not Judith..though something may have happened between them.The other girl was much more special to him-and there may have been others no one knew about.

I was going to ask if it was her, but considering she is not a musician...but she did seem to have one of the last contacts with him prior to his death. She has not been heard from in a few months altho PV mentions an Instragram post which I am not on. More is being revealed.

Hmmm...I'm pretty sure you're talking about Lala Escarzega...the dancer from Chocolate Box and Screwdriver. She was around before Andy (circa 2009) but I'm pretty sure she's a little older than Andy is.

Understood why you may be hesitant in discussing since it as an AA & P thread. Wish he would have aged up though. One of his posts that was revealed to her that he was home now made me think there was more to this than meets the eyes. Who knows maybe that is the next thread to start.

Yea it's private now...I only see a glimpse of the caption on her twitter...saying P gifted "That Girl Thang" to her...always the player...maybe that's why him and A ended things...was odd that she was in Screwdriver and then Andy was gone.

He moved fast...especially given that he spent NYE with Andy and released That Girl Thang in February of the same year...can see why Andy would be hurt and leave.

Yeah, I happen to think Mayte is super which is not necessarily a popular opinion. Vanity....shes a part of his story and have compassion for her and the life choices she made. Glad she found God. I know some think she is his true love, I don't which is not a popular opinion.

I think he loved many women and wasn't capable of maintaining a long term committed relationship. Ok enough.
