It isn't a "done deal" yet. If I'm not mistaken, the Judge will hear all the proposals on January 12th.  |

^^^^^This right here. The other sibs filed for Comerica with Londell McMillan as the personal co-rep.
Why are people saying that Tyka wants Van? I know that Omarr has said that is who he wants and has filed his choice, but where are people seeing that Tyka wants Van too? I can't find that document.

^^^^^The exact same Acceptance was signed and filed by Londell.
It is a document merely telling the Judge they will accept the position if appointed by the Judge.
It is not a done deal. |
