Hey Clover - There will probably be people masking as Prince for Mardi Gras. I thought about it but it will have to be perfect, like gasp good, to pay correct homage imo. At Jazz fest they have tributes and second lines for people who have passed. I think they had a regular second line (parade) for Prince too.
