Not sure if these count but in the Live at the Aladdin concert, in the beginning of The Work (amazing version) he ad libs about not touching the stereo, something he also does on Musicology.

Also, on the making of Musicology documentary that floats about the internet .....he is once again ad libbing and sings the opening lyrics of Black Sweat to Chance.
