It's only been a few months since he finished his worldtour
released a 3cd live set, Xpectation and C-Note.

Perhaps the man just wants some time off. Or well, he may
not be taking time off at all for all we know.

All that's happening is that we haven't had any news or
new music for, what's it been?, 3 months now?

We're turning into junkies here. Most of us got the ONA
piano album, ONA live, Xpectation, Cnote, and the 12 disc
celebration boot, NightTown, Bataclan and a whole host
of other shows.

And still we're going crazy. "Prince hasn't delivered in
over 2 months AAAH"



I think one of the reasons for giving us Xpectation one
minute past midnight of the new year was also a bit of a

"Here's the 2003 album, set your teeth in that and let me
go do my own thing for a while now".

He'll be back. We all know he can't be stopped, not even
if he wanted to himself. The music is him and he is his
music. Ultimately he'll come out with an album again, and
the longer it takes, the more kick-ass it will be.

Perhaps (as others have suggested) Mani is pregnant and therefore,Prince is just taking some time off,preparing to be a father? I actually think Prince should take some time off and just LIVE,instead of always trying to make deadlines,plan numerous projects and stay holed up in the studio all the time.
