Nobody will ever make a movie that had the cultures attention and excitement like PR. Nobody has that enigmatic presence like Prince. Most folks only saw stills of the man and to think of that mf-er actually talking and shit was a motiovator. M&M and Usher are just ordinary mo's. Aint no mystery--aint no enigma or aura to them. 8 Mile may have raked in millions more than Rain but 8 Mile is NOT a movement or a cultural defining moment like Rain was. Those dumb dumbs

8 Mile was every bit as good as Purple Rain. Of course the music in Purple Rain is better, but the acting and story line are just good as PR. Usher should just forget about it. He's not even remotely as interesting as Prince or Marshall and not nearly as talented either.

everyone will have 15 minutes of fame...and the chance to make their own "purple rain".

Could they even attempt to make a movie about a music star that doesn't just rip off Purple Rain? Is it possible?
