It's quite a banger, a personal favorite. The call and response on the one I have sounds awkward sorta like they're like "sure Prince, wait say what?"  The synths are so dope, instantly stuck in your head all day and I love the bass too. I know he sort of broke off of overtly risqué material for a long time but a lot of it was so provocative and his approach was like "fuck it I'm gonna say it if no one else is" and in such a creative way. This one and Feel U Up are like the most gorgeous kinda funk to me.[Edited 8/18/16 19:58pm] if it was just a dream, call me a dreamer 2 |
