what P song gets u the MOST Emotional & y???

Lots of his songs, but I think "The ladder" could make me cry!.. First time I heard it, I just thought that Prince's voice was able to make me cry!.. The way his sings those lyrics!.. man.. I always skip "Sometimes it snows in April" because I think its too sad!

When I hear "Sometimes It Snows In April" - I think the reasons are obvious.

"The Beautiful Ones" - my first serious girlfriend left me for my best friend.

"Adore" was chosen by the one I love and expresses exactly how I feel about her.

...and many songs, for so many reasons...

Condition of the heart - the intro, the voice

I cry when i hear those songs...!

There are other songs, too, but these are the ones I can remember immediately that make me emotional for various reasons. Mostly because of memories they bring back for me (like 'Purple Rain'), but also a lot to do with the subject matter and pure emotionality of the song itself (like Comeback..I can NOT listen to this song with tearing up. It's so sad and sweet.)

Avalanche, on ONAL, just for the piano in it. I can't even think when that piano solo comes after the chorus. It makes my heart hurt.

name that make me emotional! For instance...

If I am hurt: "I Love U but I dont Trust U"

If I am frustrated: "Free"

I wuz lucky enuf 2 make it to the edge of the stage...and sit on it oddly enuf... ~Where wuz security~...but anyway...I sat on the edge of the stage for this entire song...and like a gurl... I had a friend in High School who loved Under The Cherry Moon...and this was our "Theme Song"...Sadly she died of a drug overdose our Junior year...Her mother asked me if there was a song that I thought should b played @ her Funeral...And of course I said "Sometimes It Snows In April"...Oddly, her mother had never heard the song before...So I played it for her in my car on the way to the Funeral home...and she loved it...This song brings both wonderful memories of nights spent drinking cheap wine & watching movies and sad memories of having to bury one of my dearest friends...
