Agree - I went back and watched the entire interview - this was SO HARD to see. They both look like they're in so much pain. Bryant Gumble does a decent job of trying to ask the tough questions that he knows everyone is asking without seeming too insensitive, but still...

He does end the interview on a good note, but overall it's just depressing.
