Turns out I shouldn't listen to Prince at work. Morning Papers came on and for the first time that song triggered the water works

Just gave the whole 'I'm fine, just tired spiel', didn't want to say it was Prince related because going on 4 months...no one around me understands. My dad had emergency heart surgery Tuesday night so fortunately(unfortunately) colleagues and manager are already giving me some space, but it feels uncomfortable / royally awkward when people just don't get it.

I literally just got a phone call telling me to pack a bag for this weekend, we're headed to LA to party Then next weekend I'm back again for Mayte's class. Not sure why I haven't just moved there yet. Sister, you need a roomie?

But I will be popping in and out tomorrow while at work! Gotta hit the sheets now. I'll have some serious sweet dreams thanks to that peek-a-boo jacket gif I literally just keep staring at it over and over.
