his son came from Detroit and met us there, i cannot handle death very well but they r getting him put down he's an old huskey with cancer and now he's in 2 much pain so they r sending him 2 Prince

i got out of there before they went in, i gave him hugs and kisses and i heard i would die 4 u and purple rain on the radio on the way home so i cried of coarse and thought about it being the 21st

i am trying 2 get through this day half hour left 4 me!

I know we all love him made up, but I really love him clean and natural! Even as a geezer, I love him with a clean face, clean hair and those yoga pants. Lord, I miss him more now, all senseless and avoidable. I 'm starting to boil now kids - please forgive my mouth ahead of time.

I agree! I think this is why I love finding candid shots or pictures taken by people in the audience of aftershows...he's usually a little more natural in those pictures

I love that song but it makes me so sad too. Didn't he record that a few weeks before his OD on the plane? The line about Trophy Wife....the "Huh"...boy you can write a novel about what he had to be thinking at that moment. I can feel angst and resolution in it, almost a requiem sense to it. I also liked listening to his more mature tone, the notes are a bit off, a bit nasal but all him. I like to rationalize about the off ness of it as him being ill while recording it, but it is still perfect in it's lyrics, simplicity of sound and inflection of emotion. Pure Prince.

it will be hard on my neighbour he's got 2 be 70 yrs himself but Charlie (the dog) was well luved and a great dog in return never a problem always happy 2 c ya - it's in God's hands now, bless him

ya i was wondering what was he thinking also and being ill it makes me sad 2, how could he still function with everthing like it was just fine and continue on, it just baffles me
