I am away on holiday with my family, and before I came away I created a Prince Love songs playlist, and this afternoon in the apartment we were all chilling out and it was playing on random shuffle, some beautiful tunes, and then.... Just My Imagination (small club) came on, and everyone stopped what they were doing and for that moment we all simply listened - and though I realised this a long time ago, I have just been reminded of what a freaking legend the world has lost. My 7 year old son said "Wow" - and that says it all to me, just "Wow". Then When Doves Cry came on, and I just felt a tear fall down my cheek, miss you Prince, bloody miss you. X
