I don't believe he is wearing contacts. I think he just has eyes that change colour depending on the lighting. Once you start looking through the photos, you can see they regularly change from a richer brown, to a hazel with a bit of green depending. I have green eyes and they change depending on lighting, either a darker forest green/blue, or a lighter green with yellow. It's seems more likely that this is the case for him (more drastically can be seen when comparing outdoor photos of him - natural sunlight - versus indoor shoots with bright light or dim).

Enh, I think that's his natural eye color, there. I don't think they made colored contacts back then, and hazel's probably hard to do. My goodness, he's got pretty eyes. I've noticed in a lot of pics, they're pure gold in color, which is kinda awesome, and it's also to reason why I kinda said he looked like a lion during the GB era, because odd, pretty eye color.

I know, I've always been on the fence if they are or aren't the same shoot. Not sure about the hair, looks more relaxed in the other one.

I agree sweets! I think all those posts should be edited into their favourite photo or gifs instead. It's so early in this thread - wouldn't want new curious folk to venture in and think there is a lot of drama in here and leave, when drama is the last thing this thread is about.

It is way past my bedtime but I had to stop by before I pass out. Today was amazing, I'm so glad I got the chance to meet Mayte. She opened up the class to "17 Days". This was the first time she was able to play any of his music in her classes and she wasn't sure if she could do it but she did. I was honored that it happened to be while I was there, that was definitely a tear jerker but I held it together. It was a really great class all around. She's so funny and just an amazing human being. Interacting with her in person, I can't imagine how anyone could ever have anything negative to say about her. I wish I had the chance to really chat with her, but it was brief. Wasn't in the cards for us this time, but she told me to attend the next class and I told her I would be there It was just a really surreal experience being in her presence. The whole time I was thinking to myself "Wow... She was married to P...". The amount of memories that must float through her mind have to be endless. She's so blessed to have had that relationship whether it lasted or not and I felt blessed just to have met her. I felt like I met a little piece of him through her. You guys are gorgeous! Mayte has always exuded a really sweet energy to me.
