Any you all have Strange things Happen when Playing Prince Music now? I was playing a Prince Mix CD and playing the Bass guitar along with it Monday and during one particular song my dog started following something behind me with her eyes and head as if looking at something. I got goosebumps watching her do this while the Prince song played.

One morning a couple of weeks ago, I was on my way to work and When You Were Mine came on. It's my favorite Prince song and I was at an especially pretty point in my drive through the country - on a hill where you can see almost forever. I felt a little misty thinking about how I'd never heard him play my favorite song live (and never would) when I saw a flash of brilliant blue. I followed the flash with my eyes - and saw a gorgeous bluebird swooping up and over the trees. It made me smile in spite of the sad thoughts. It was as if Prince sent me the bluebird of happiness right at that moment. [Edited 7/20/16 10:32am] We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I was driving to work on Friday morning, had 1999 on. Just as the titletrack was ending a little red corvette accelerated from nowhere and stayed alongside me. I looked over and couldn't believe it. Prince was driving. He stayed along side me until the song finished, waved and then sped off.
On Saturday I went to visit a friend who owns a farm. I was listening to Diamond & Pearls on my iphone. You would believe who I saw on the back of a Horny Pony.
Sunday morning I decided to go on a little fishing trip. Went to a local lake, hired a small fishing boat and off I went to catch some fresh water salmon. By the time I got out to the middle of the lake, there was dead salmon everywhere- couldn't believe it. I was sat there in a state of shock when Prince whizzed past on a speed boat and shouted 'there's something in the water!' Seriously startled, I fell out of my little fishing boat and nearly drowned. Luckily, Prince came past again and said 'get on the boat'. Saved my ass.

Yes. I was at the farm, fussing over one of the very old horses. He's been depressed lately, so we've all been trying to get him more interested in life. I started singing 7 to him, and he sort of startled, and opened his eyes wiiiide, and stared at something behind my head for a good few minutes. as if he could see something that I could not.

Yes, I usually start grooving along to it, and sometimes my partner comes in saying - "Oh no, not Prince again, give it a break". . Never had anything paranormal though. Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

I was walking across an empty car park around 10pm. Prince had passed just one week previously. I looked up and said "if you're ok prince give me a sign now" and a milisecond after finishing my sentence the loudest siren went of and made me jump out of my skin... then look around.. then smile. You'll never know a girl called Nikki and you'll never find Erotic City

I've told this before but will again for this thread: Shortly after April 21 I was sitting alone on the screen porch at a relative's house. The house is on a bluff above the ocean. I have never been so sad about someone's passing as Prince's...in fact ive surprised myself about my feelings...i was sobbing quite often back then an felt weird being around people in stores etc., wondering how they could go on like things were normal...as a very reasonable woman I still don't quite know why I felt the way I have. Anyway, I wasn't particularly thinking about anything relevant to Prince as I sat on the porch that day...I think I had a book with me or something... For some reason, in a moment, I tilted my head up and slightly to the left and faced the ocean and the sweetest breeze swept across my left cheek and across my face. There was "fullness" in this breeze. I had never felt anything like it before or since. It was something I can't really describe. I knew it was him. There was no question. I just knew. He was that breeze. I wasn't looking for or expecting anything like that. It just happened and I will never question it. I know he was acknowledging my feelings about him and comforting me.

I sing it to my horse when we are out on the trail, and he seems to like it. Jogs in time with it. So I thought well, my horse likes it, maybe this old boy will too. I was completely taken aback - he had a look of wonder in his eye.
