I kno! Today is the end of August. If Londell can take a moment to tweet that, he could take a moment to tweet an update about what the status of the concer/tickets sales.

Good grief. They need to stop with all the bullshit and get the tribute info out there. Why does it seem like they are doing everything possible to mess this up? Stupid tweets, why can't he just say the Current Blog isn't true if that's the case? Too much messing around going on and if something doesn't happen quick people are not gonna bother. StopIt is right on target, they have professionals on board so why aren't they acting that way?

I agree. Some clarity and just plain, direct info (either about the event itself or a status update about it) would be really appreciated at this point. Hopefully soon....

Sure, could be. The biggest problem though is we are told to wait for official news, yet NO ONE has said WHO will give official news. If they want "rumors" to stop, then they need to do something and give us something concrete to pay attention to instead of leaving everyone at the mercy of media reports that are "rumors". Can you hear my eyes rolling?????

If you're going to wait months and months, wouldn't rehearsing long hours, together, day in and day out, for many, many months Before doing Anything publicly, (ya know, like he was known for) be the most proper nod to his memory also?! YES.

They're all busy selling their tank tops to his grievers, getting tattoos publicly, writing their memoirs about him, and slamming his estate with licensing requests for their own off-shoot products. Awesome.

I find it a bit odd that Sheila has this big ass tattoo of his love symbol on her arm considering Prince was not a fan of tattoos.

She's probably like everyone else that has that symbol on their body and doesn't care if Prince liked tattoos or not.

That's a strange logic regarding the tattoo. So if he didn't like a particular band or food or a particular country, would you avoid that too? They are doing what the decide is right for them...and are completely entitled to.

I read it too. This is turning into a mess. As if we didn't already suspect, I think we can confirm that there are many problems internally-with the estate, his family and former bandmates getting on board. Fingers crossed Morris is in. I'd bet on that. He's touring any way and is open that date. Minnie's his home. I don't think he'd miss it. Now if they can just rope Jerome and that mirror too!

So Sheila E is out but with the Time retweeting what they did I bet they are in. The Revolution who knows? With Sheila E out and if they don't get the Revolution I don't think I will be going. I really feel bad for people that have booked flights and hotels. I hope you all don't get burned. I'm not booking anything until I have tickets in hand. At this point anything is possible. Different venue or even a different date.
