A Probate Judge doesnt have jurisdiction over a Family Court Judge and/or proceedings. The same with the Family Court Judge...he/she doesnt have jurisdiction over a Probate case.

Its also telling that the Star Tribune filed because they love Prince from the articles I have read. They have heard something through the grapevine. They dont care about the settlement agreement. They are looking for something else. ..or maybe Manuela is still getting paid? Maybe her charity is a beneficiary?? ..or say that it's a trust agreement for a child ,..I'd say that's big of her to fight for privacy.. .. anyway..still think that the Tribune is digging for scuttlebutt and I think that's low.. Okay, you're on to something. Very interesting. I was wondering what would the paper want with seeing their unconstested divorce documents. Now I see why! This is getting juicy! Have U had your + today?

, Those are sick rates, but what legal work needs to be done by the estate?

. OK, everyone. Remember? We've already discussed this in the past two weeks: where Prince's divorce attorneys went before the judge to allow Bremer Trust to see paperwork from the divorce. . An administrator overseeing his estate says documents may shed light on potential heirs. . July 13th: http://www.startribune.co...386670591/ . Today's hearing is what was mentioned in this story. IF the S-T only wants info on "potential heirs", I'm not sure that's a privacy issue with Manuela. The release could be redacted. . Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

Whatever happened with the young man who was 99% Prince's son?

Hmm. Missed this completely. Okay there was a possible heir between his marriage from Mayte to Mani? [Edited 8/4/16 15:39pm]

I hate the StarTribune. I'm so glad I no longer subscribe to that garbage newspaper. Paisley Park is in your heart

Could there be "dirt" in the "work product" that was mentioned? I understand that there would be only basic info in the official divorce documents, like when the couple separated, are there any children from the marriage, etc., but could there be more info in the attorney's documentation not filed with the court? As I understand it, all of the documents had to be turned over.

. As noted above, this was an uncontested divorce; you can Google to see that P agreed to get it over quickly. . They are obviously looking into that heirship thing which started popping up even before P died, instigated in that gossipy blind item. THEN Henson & Efton came forward with the "work product" that supposedly had an heirship mention.

. I'd think a later pregnancy would be darned hard to hide, considering the internet's wide reach in the late 1990s. . Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

I'm just wondering why Mani and not Mayte. Depends on who is hiding the pregnacy, one of the wives, or someone else not in the spotlight? [Edited 8/4/16 16:05pm]

You know, Laura Linney hid her pregnancy just two years ago. No one knew until after she had the baby...in a hospital. Granted she's not as big as Prince, but Prince isn't the one who would have been pregnant. Linney IS bigger than anyone that Prince might have gotten pregnant. And Linney said she didn't actively hide it; she even went to the theater in NYC at 8 months and no one said a thing. She just didn't, in her words, "wear a sign pointing to my belly."
So, it is possible, I think, especially if the woman is/was an unknown.

I wouldn't suspect Mani. I remember we the org were commenting a lot about her weight loss, she's a tiny woman, that's an awful lotta hiding so, I'd doubt her. So, some unknown suspect? Would explain a few things.

. I doubt think this supposed "heir" (or "heirs" per the rumor mongers here) has anything to do with a marriage. P and Mayte did not hide the first pregnancy; they were very proud of it and were giving interviews. . IF there's some sort of "secret heir" out there, this would involve a long-ago settlement. The "99%" guy is from the mid-1980s and supposedly only wants formal confirmation due to a previous financial agreement...which would be a trust. You don't want to lose a trust in favor of a lawsuit you don't win. . Tyka's unconfirmed emergency hearing (that only RadarOnline picked up on) says there's a lot going on behind the scenes. . The media = wicked gutter press. What happens between two people should stay private. Shameful of the media harassing Mani and her children, her little ones would be frightened! Fight them all the way girl don't let the media frighten u or ur babies!! I hope Mani and the trust win. Respect Prince's privacy. Don't drop that moral compass.

I was only referring to the divorce agreement with Mayte, not any pregnacies. Why Mani's and not hers? [Edited 8/4/16 16:56pm]

I hope they do not succeed since if there is an heir there life will be turned upside down and talking could make them lose a trust or settlement.

I highly doubt the media will get anything. It all just buzz causing speculation as usual while we twiddle our thumbs, and lawyers get paid.

I can't imagine why she'd need to hide a pregnancy, since she was married to the man. Of course, it wouldn't have been THAT hard for her to be out of the public eye for 6 months (it's easy to hide it in the first 3), since people weren't even sure he got married back then (remember?). But, there's no reason to hide it now...the kid would be a teenager. She's pretty open about her family and her kids on FB. Can't imagine she's hiding a teenager somewhere. No, it's got to be something else. I just hope they don't drag her business out in public. If they release anything, I hope they redact most of it.

. Here's the blind item (again) that started it all, from January 2016. http://www.crazydaysandni...1-417.html . I'm not sure what the purpose of "wanting to be noticed" would be if it would cut you off financially, unless he was trying to shake P down for more money. . So you don't think it's the whole 80s person but someone during their marriage which would explain leaving Mayte out of it? That kind of sucks to have all that rehashed even if it doesn't come out.

If the media gains access and it's not as "juicy" or relevant as they hoped..where would the right to privacy be? The estate needs to know about the divorce proceedings because it may be relevant... public entitlement to info? Dangerous line crossing...

Whoop there it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been trolling and this has made me so full inside.
This is my guess-there is an heir that Prince was taking care of and its in the divorce. This is the readon for the divorce, why Prince didn't contest the divorce.
If you don't like mess, please stop reading my post- If she married Eric Benet and he has a sex addiction............................ Seems like she jumped from the skillet directly into the fire but on the other hand he was married to Halle Berry............ Beautiful, Loved and Blessed
