Did Prince fire these dudes? Did P fire Tony M.,Levi S. or Miko W.? I heard that they all left on bad terms...does anybody know what really went down? -------------------------------------------------

It seems the details of what went down between Prince and those that used to work for him, in any capacity, will never ever be found out.
Maybe ex-associates are forced to undergo some sort of debriefing or hypnotism before he lets them go, and it either erases their memory of him and their association with him, or they are given the suggestion that if they talk in detail about him, they will suffer extreme pain or death.

(maybe this technique is used for ex lovers,too...) in like 1995, tony m did some rapping on the hoop dreams soundtrack which featured members of prince's past bands. thats probabbly the closest post symbol album connection to prince i can think of. i still dont get why any of prince's ex employees havent gone off the hook about him. i wonder what he does to make them keep their mouths shut. | |

Miko left over personal and musical differences that I read about on his web site a few years back. He did give Prince credit for teaching him a great deal about guitar playing.
Levi and Tony left/fired because they both sued Prince over song writing credits they claim they never received or got paid for. __________________________________________________

believe it or not, i talked to rosie gaines a while back( i have her phone number and no i won't give it out) and she said that tony m. got into drugs and was selling them back in 98, and that most of the npg were complete assholes to her, and that mayte and D&P were just about the only ones nice to her.. damon d was also said to have gotten into drugs, but hey when u rap as horrible as tony and dance as horrible as damon, and your best name is gameboyz, drugs probably ain't that far from your future.. | |

Doesn't Prince make all employees sign a thick confidentiality agreement? There must be some pretty strong language in it--remember when Mayte's ex-assistants leaked all that info about their baby to that gossip magazine? I belive they were sued on the spot big time for breaking the agreement. The agreement must say something about not talking EVER.  | |

can't speak for the cited people, but I remember reading a europeen article where french singer Ophelie winter stated about her working with prince in the mid 90's that she was paid $50 000 as part of a confidentiality contract..

rosie was always cool when u talk to her, she doesn't think she is better than us regular people,
she would probably know about previous npg members as even if they were jerks, they were probably on her coatails beggin for a crumb when P fired them. the only tight flow tony m had was in the flow, other than that he and tc ellis sucked major ass, damon d, well i think the d stands for don't. cos he shouldn't have and he did, so now the d stands for drugs, dope, dumbass, dip shit | |
