Timeless. I think one of the things that made him most unigue is that for a few exceptions his music really didn't have an age. I can play pretty much anything from him and it could fit any time period. I hope he is admired, studied and appreciated more than when he walked this earth

Folks, don't want to rain on your parade but Prince has been gone only for a month and already Sirius dropped the all Prince radio station, Prince videos on youtube are disappearing, stores aren't restocking their Prince CDs... Now tell me again that 100 years from now Prince will be huge, larger in death than he was in life.

I think Prince will be required study in in schools/universities and will be regarded as a turning point in pop music and he'll be regarded as he should be: as a genius.

That's for now, today, because we've heard it all. It will be rediscovered.

i've seen more prince stuff in the stores here in seattle than i ever did. ironically, graffiti bridge and under the cherry moon dvd's were put out at best buy and are the only things to sell completely out. Prince's legend will grow and grow, I don't really know why some of you guys have to go against the grain in every single thread, but you're quite free to do so.
