Playlist for his more spiritual songs and his activist songs

I am looking to compile 2 playlists. I want an album that is strictly Spiritually inspiring and an album that is more inspiring in an activist sort of way, something to get me in the mood for work (I'm a social worker). Any suggestions for either list?

I think that NPGMC Ahdio Show 8 right after 9/11 is a great mix to start with. It clocks at 47:40. You could add to that the songs listed in this thread.
