I'm curious to know what the sales figures are

HNR 1 sold about 8000 copies since Prince's death (without streaming added).

HNR1 sold an estimated total of 35.000 copies since release in the USA.

2 weeks World Wide sales of PHASE 2 are over 55,000 sales.

first week it sold 32,000 world wide this week it sold 25,000.

HNR2 missed the global charts two weeks ago, it first charted with only one day of sales in many countries such as in the USA (about 5000 copies) .

This release was really badly handled. No promotion at all, such a shame.

That's not true at all - we subscribe to SoundScan at work (we're a music industry-oriented digital agency) so I've got access to the charts for the last four weeks, including sales figures.

I'm afraid don't actually have access to their database (We just get the detailed version of each week's chart emailed to us) - but I'll see what I can do!

Really ? I have absolutely no idea what one would consider strong numbers in this day and age of streams, legit downloads, illegal downloads, oldfashioned CDs and whatnot.

Still, add that up and we're looking at around 1.3 million albums sold since April 21st - that is quite impressive.

HNR2 sales are very low. Even HNR1 sold almost the same amount in the same period of time (principally because it was one of the rare album to be available at Prince's death).

Of course, NHR2 was already available on Tidal for months, and it was given during Prince concerts.

It's really sad there is still no promotion at all for HNR2.

The cover of "Lovesexy" is the best possible for the magic of the music inside.

Probably "Lovesexy" is not appealing the masses simply because it is really too good to appeal the casual listeners.
