These lines are from a pencil-written notebook page in an auction (2002). Can anyone through any light on them.

Any pointers would be really appreciated... and interesting.

note: I is always written using a handwritten eye sign. SOme things I can't quite read:

9. Duke not folling Be-bop. Used to 2 talk dirty ‘til I learned how 2 read. Only review I read is in Forbes
10. Knee-deep in feline, they still think u walk the line
