i really hope it turns out he had no children, unless he knew them and was getting to know them. i also don't think he was as randy as people want to make him out to be. and no safe sex in the 80's with aids? prince was smarter than that.

he seemed to want children very badly at one point in his life, and if it turns out he did, and did not know they existed, it would just be another cruel twist of fate and another way life screwed him in the end.

it would make me sad and physically ill.

I agree and if Prince didn't know then and wasn't making some sort of payments to keep it out of the media (cuz really wouldn't this have been pure tabloid gold?) ... If he had kids and people just kept them from him, that's cruel and I would never purchase anything that would allow said heir anymore money.
Surprise, surprise.
Another treat. Another trick.

Unfornately I am not surprised but I really hope noone kept children from him because that would be cruel. I always thought there was a reason why he did not have children.

I'm assuming when people heard there was no will, and that the remains have been cremated then they assumed there would be no evidence left to prove anything. So here they come from all over, with claims. DNA can be pulled from strands of hair, fingerprints, skin cells, and a host of other stuff connected to the body. (Dang there's like 500 different CSI shows, people should know this) The ME has already reported taking samples, so unless there is a certified DNA match, the rest is just jaw service for media attention. Like that's unheard of.

And Tyka. Biological aunt is easy to prove.

There have been stories floating around the Twin Cities for years that he has children. But it's been said that he does take care of them financially, so take that for what it's worth.
That being said, I took a look at Marshas Facebook page and...nah I don't buy what she's selling. I think she has her son out here looking stupid.
It reminds me of the story of the man who claims he's Bill Clintons son. Even after the DNA test confirmed he wasn't. He said his momma told he was so he is.
I'd be shocked if this was true!!!

He doesn't look like P at all in this photo. But that doesn't mean anything. My brother doesn't resemble either of my parents.

To think he had a child and never knew them...that would just add to the heartbreak of it all.

I mean, he sorta does in the jaw, chin, & mouth area (anything below the nose). But it's not Prince's eyes or nose, IMO.

If it turns out legit, I predict the first thing he does with the Vault is overdub Purple and Gold and re-release it as Green and Gold.

I think that strong case might mean circumstancial evidence like a series of checks or something. Otherwise what is a strong case before Dna?

How long before the Revolution sign him up? lol

To be honest, anyone that claims is likely to look a bit like him. Otherwise there will be suspicion from the outset. Its probably a tale him mum has been telling him to explain how she got knocked up. 'One day a Prince came into town......'

Was Prince ever in Kansas City in '76? The article says that's where the deed was done. Seems unlikely...

According to my copy of the Vault, in 1976 Prince was working tirelessly with Chris Moon to cut his demos, graduated from high school, and went to NYC in December in search of a record deal. He didn't start touring until 1979.
