When you "reply" to the thread, you will be taken to a response window. There's a taskbar at the top of the window with numerous icons for different actions. Hover your cursor over the icons nearest the end of that taskbar...there is one specific icon that allows you to insert/edit image. When you click that you will see a pop up window. Follow the directions in that window.
