i'll stick around. it's weird coming to this website now, the only forum open is filled with grim things i'd rather never associate with prince.

i hope this website never goes awy, and my interest never fades. it's strange to think of prince becoming a memory

Yes, this was one of a few things that overwhelmed me...

1. Prince is now (just) a memory, a recording.

2. There will never be another Prince concert.

3. Details of his passing, idea of his cremation.

I feel so guilty. The last time I saw him live was in 2004. Since then, I've been so poor and busy doing undergrad, followed by a diploma, followed by 2 master's degrees, that I barely had any time to keep up with Prince. I missed two local shows in 2011 and 2013. I thought "once school is over and I have money and time again, I'll go to the next show..." I never imagined that he'd never be back.

I just finished my master's degree in April. I was going to have a big party to celebrate. Then he died and I haven't felt like doing much of anything.

Im working on mine's now so I feel your pain and the only time I saw him was 2004

It will be weird to see how the org will change (no more speculation threads unless it's for Vault albums, no more annoying "what he NEEDS to do is..." or "He's Lost It, No One Cares" threads) but whatever happens I will still be here. Prince was the first thing I looked for the first time I was on the internet in 1994 and I'm not going anywhere now. The man himself is gone but all of us are still here. Why would we leave each other, especially now?
