Don't forget sometimes it snows in april was recorded On April 21 1986. At first listen it sounds like it is a weird auto-eulogy. But when I heard D'angelo sing it, it sounded like it was a always meant to be sung by another to memorialize Prince. And you know what? no one cries the way Prince cries! (you know what I'm talking about, When doves cry. Purple rain at the end and basically all the cool calls/screams/shouts you can recognize him by) maybe we will all see him again. Either way, it is chilling for me to list too. The next day was a cherry moon. At least here in Missouri it was huge, bright and red. 0_O It's a lot for me right now. No matter the ©️, Paisley Park "official can never ™️ . He gave that to us verbally on Oprah in 1996. You can't take away from us, corporate. I mean O ( + >

Hi everyone. Used to come here some time ago.
I have noticed these things that a lot of you mention too.
In hindsight, a lot sure does seem to be adding up now & there seems to simply be too much to be coincidence.
And I have also fantasised that he is still in the world somewhere. I'm not sure if this latter point is a phase of denial. It does muck with the grief process somewhat.
I've had a fantasy that he's gone somewhere remote and I'll see him in the future and he'll say 'It sure does feel good being free of the scrutiny & man, it was all so tiring' - as he sits playing perfect acoustic guitar in the evening sun on a veranda of an ecohouse, totally bald, no make up, with a beautiful little stomach paunch & a voice of an angel still <3 [Edited 5/1/16 20:02pm] That's right, you are Divinity

I believe it, too. I have had on two occasions communications from people I believe to have passed on. The detail would be too long to go into here, but I've been keeping my eyes open for messages - just because I know I can see them if they're there.
(honestly though why would he pick me...I was a fan but had no real connection to him, never lived in Minnesota etc. But then, things may work differently from beyond in that more than one person or group of people might have things happen.) [Edited 5/1/16 21:05pm]

Interesting observations guys and gals!
MitchBG > Wow! I'll have to check out that muppets vid again. Superfan1984 > Yes well remembered. I believe it was a recent interview where he said he'd had dreams talking to people who had passed. This phenomena is sometimes reported to happen around the time of passing, maybe because he was slowly entering that realm. Could he have even had an NDE 'Near Death Experience' during the plane incident? Possibly and then he saw death wasn't the end or something to be feared so he didn't resist it?! Prettypris > interesting story. Did you also get a sense of melancholy or loneliness from him? It's just listening to the last concert and seeing him in 2014 he makes lots of references to relationships and I think that was an area that saddened him. He was also getting emotional on stage quite often. Even the Breakdown song seems very raw and personal. I find it hard to listen to as usually his music was so uplifting! Also, I don't understand how he was cremated without a will stating his final wishes & with his death being at that point unexplained?? That's right, you are Divinity

I heard about that too. Didn't he use the term 'lucid dreaming'? I know quite a few people who are on their death beds report the same stuff though- often family members who have already passed coming to 'visit' them in dreams.

It was Dr. Funkenberry whom said that Prince had told him that deceased people were talking to him, while half awake. https://facebook.com/stor...5766044603

TheFreakerFantastic and AngelsonCrack---- When my grandmother was dying and we called hospice in, they gave us a booklet, sort of a "what to expect when someone is dying" and it said, "Don't get freaked out if your loved one begins to see or talk to people that have passed on,, this is common and happens when someone is about to die..."

. I didn't get a sense of melancholy or loneliness from him. I suppose he was lonely, but not in the sense that people might think. I don't think Prince was lonely for a relationship. He could have had one of those any time he wanted, just a snap of his fingers and he would have had women swarming him, and surely amongst those women he would have found one that met his standards, to build a relationship with. I think it was more a loneliness of lack of understanding. He surrounded himself with young people, people who could not fully grasp him, not for lack of trying, but Prince was (to borrow a phrase) "other-worldly". . I saw him as more reflective of his life, of his past, where he had been vs. where he is now. I saw him as going back to his roots. Something that stood out to me was that the piano is the very first instrument he learned to play, and reading an Andre Cymone article recently about his memories of meeting Prince, one of the first songs he played for Andre when he invited him over to jam for the first time, was the Peanuts Theme song (which he played during these piano shows). That's what he was doing, I think, with this tour, going back to his roots. The afro. Dedicating this last tour to his father and talking about how his father taught him to play piano. Talking about relationships. We all have those past relationships in our lives that have touched us, shaped us, helped us to become the people are we are today. That's why I said he had come full circle. I think he was at peace with his past, the artwork of him through the ages. Now that I'm thinking about it, the artwork before the show in which it shows him, eyes closed, 3rd eye wide open, fading back to those incarnations, could also have shown that he was reflective upon his past and looking at that past from where he was at this time. . In "Cause and Effect" he sang: "If I had the chance to do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing, except my next of kin." "If you stamp your passport full of regret, you have nothing to remember but a lot to forget." He was remembering, reminiscing, not regretting. He knew that everything he had been through in life was a part of the whole, the whole of who he is, and if one thing had changed, the outcome would have been very different. He was reflecting, not regretting.

Oh and I forgot to add:
Vanity also died this year at the age of 57. He also started reminiscing and talking a lot about the past recently, something he didn't usually do. The fact he decided to write an autobiography was also slightly out of character for someone that previously said he didn't like to look to the past (remember him ignoring the 2014 PR anniversary and acting surprised when a reporter mentioned it)?! Did find it a bit odd that Eric Leeds in a recent interview has a relatively unseen pic of him which looks a lot like an elevator

Someone mentioned here that he formed his symbol on Instagram, and that is what I saw too. There are few photo’s that get my attention:
And maybe I’m just thinking too much about it, but I think that when he created PRINCESTAGRAM he was starting to say goodbye to everyone.1) He created PRINCESTAGRAM in October ,and from October to April is precisely 7 months.
2) He posted 217 items, and that could mean 21th day and from October to April = 7 months. So that’s 21-4.
3) I think that on 17 April was his last post, correct me if I am wrong. And for some strange reason I thought about the song ‘’17 days’’.
He was born on 7-6-1958.
This year he would be 58 years old.
Album from 2006 called 3121, 3+1+2+1= 7 but it also could be 21-4 and that is 10 years ago. I saw an article that when MJ passed away, and they ask him about MJ. He said something like: I don’t want to talk about it, because I’m close to it. Correct me if I’m wrong. But if this is true than it is exactly 7 years after MJ.
Number 7 always come back somehow, but these past couple of days i am just thinking too much about his death and that it maybe could be stopped.
But if he was in pain for all those years , than I understand and I hope he can rest now peacefully. Ps: Sorry for my bad English.

re: the MJ thing, yes he did say that. It was in the last Rolling Stone article that just came out. Also, that's a lot of interesting connections that you make there. The cynic in me is going, yea right, but wasn't prince into numerology at some point? All those numebrs certainly do add up in an interesting way. Then again I'm sure we could force ourselves to see anything if we wanted to badly enough.

Re: the song 'June': I thought it was strange to hear him sing about 'somebody famous had a birthday today' (The Queen?!) 'and all I saw is another full moon' ( a full moon was due in the night of 21st / early hours of Apr 22). Although that birthday reference may have been about Obama (didn't he play at his birthday last year?) Anyhow, it's certainly a song reminiscing and showing that he felt out of place in today's musical world 'should have been born on the Woodstock stage'. A great and memorable song. [Edited 5/3/16 14:26pm] Yeah that could be it. or, you could be onto something. the princetagram and the way his twitter profile pic changed definitely point to some kind of plan. though maybe the plan wasnt mean to be executed this soon. david bowie did a farewell project so anything is possible.
