The most beautiful closure ever I'm in tears writing this right now. The Casbah club here in San Diego, CA threw a purple party tonight honoring Prince. Completely filled to capacity and just being able to dance for 3 hours with my purple family was a blessing. Everyone was in ecstasy as we danced hit after hit. As midnight came around purple rain came on we all held hands and took the song through every cell in my body . At the end of it, there was not a dry eye in the building. It's really amazing what an impact he had on us all. May his music live on forever. | |
