Now I'm dying to know what he said or did about your Karaoke Kiss rendition.
Thank you for all your work on his records. He was as close as anyone ever got to being a modern Mozart.

Thank you. I loved the q and a threads you did. Your respect and love for him and his work shone through then too. You answered so many of the questions that only the Prince family could really understand. And sorry for your loss. It's hard for us but you knew him on a personal level and we are so grateful for all that you could share with us.

Thanks for sharing. His staff did a great job to help bring us his great talent. He taught us all something to carry forward. "I don't make the rules. I just play"

Thank u so much for dropping by. I have fond memories of your Q&A session in 2009 or 2010. I remember u hoped Prince would somehow read it and get back to u after so many years. I hope he has. Your initial post about how u hoped to reconciliate with Prince was very touching The time is probably inappropriate as we are all in shock and mourning, but if at a later date you wish to come back here and share more with us it would be wonderful. I wish you would let us now about this conversation about the name change and what was on Prince's mind on that day. Now memories are all we got, so people like you sharing personal memories about Prince is something that will keep Prince's memory alive forever. I still can't really believe he's gone A COMPREHENSIVE PRINCE DISCOGRAPHY (work in progress ^^): https://sites.google.com/...scography/

I still can't believe this is all happening. :'( - - - Thank you so very much for your kind words and stories. Please tell more in the future when you find the time. Cause honestly, that's all we have left now besides his incredible amount of music and images. The stories you guys have are absolutely priceless and keep us fans and everyone else alive and focused on our dearly beloved. We barely have inside stories of that level. Loads of assuptions, that's what we have and had. - Prince is the kind of guy who wanted to live a very private life. He rightfully made every possible effort to maintain that. Dispite our hunger and longings for more. The fans' respect was a challange towards that, and at times difficult to live up to. All media aside. Every little info that came from Prince, or the people around him, got loads of comments here and everywhere else. Prince sometimes even lived up to this, and must've enjoyed it all too. Knowing he so much loved 'surprises' and being 'cryptic' and blurring up whatver was assumed. - Now the time has come to see all things past from a different perspective. A true or imaginable perspective. It doesn't matter. And the only people that can tell it are people like you. With inside stories, true or coloured, uncomplicated or emotional, with details and told with love and passion. No matter how things will be told. We fans now can hear, read and feel how Prince was with the people around him. And all this will build up the love for his music even more. I do hope we now can get to know Prince better, adore him the way we want to, and love him even more for he meant to all of us. - But for now, let's try and cope with this. I surely still can't, but 'some tomorrow' - and I hope it's not tomorrow right away - I will wake up for real and have to understand this all isn't just a bad dream, but a sad sad sad reality. So sad and uncomprehensable it's beyond words. - Life can take such an impossible turn. And reality always beats fiction. :'( [Edited 4/23/16 1:13am] "The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves. And wiser people so full of doubts" (Bertrand Russell 1872-1972)

how can loving someone hurt so much, I have even never met prince personally... "The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves. And wiser people so full of doubts" (Bertrand Russell 1872-1972)

Thanks Chronic Freeze for your condolences and right back at you! I recall your name among P.'s album credits. I think I can say for many on this board that we're an appreciative audience of your candid recollections of work, play, and education with the talented and inspirational man that Prince was (so bizarre to use past tense ) and you can share with us anytime. It is good to absorb real tales of his demeanor and outlook in the difficult days after his passing the mortal plane. > I've only physically made my way into the PP parking lot, so I've only dreamt of scenarios taking place within that magical edifice and gazed at the photos. Treasure your memories!

Thank you for the stories. They are a great way to remember Prince. I remember some story about him someone told on here and involved a swimming pool at the end. I wonder if it was you and the story about the kareoke Kiss? That was a great story and I don't want to ruin it with the whole thing. Anyway yes we are all hurting and thank you for sharing your memories and thoughts and feelings.
