Dearly Beloved....we are gathered here today to get thru this thing called life...and if the elevator tries to break you down.... go crazy... Prince... I am so mad mad mad Friends and myself have been crying together over the phone from across the globe. That elevator. Prince ...How can you just leave us standing.... It was NOT YOUR TIME. Youhad to slow down and sleep not be at PP so early in the morning. I am just brain dead. A zombie right now and can't think.

For first thing I thought of was the way he drove himself ot make music. Working all night and not sleeping. Those of us in out 50s know that no matter how healthy we are, we cant swing that like we did in our 20s. I think it finally caught up to him. But then, for Prince, that is the way it was always going to happen. He probably knew that. He lived music more thna anyone on this planet - only fitting that it would ultimately be the root cause of the end.

Who was there, what time, what was he doing?

An elevator ride at Paisley Park couldn't have lasted over a minute and a half, he must have fallen quick... that's all I can think --- there's only one floor to go...

The sheriff and medical examiner closed off Paisley as a death scene investigation yesterday.

Don't forget that the entire complex is wired for sound, and no doubt for video as well.

I'm sure they will know, hopefully they will not release any of that -- other than the relevant information -- to the public.
