I think he just gets tired of the same questions over & over again. I don't really see it as being mean that much, he often comes across as a smartass imo. At the very least, he's somewhat engaging/interacting with fans to a certain degree.

I think yesterday he might have been a tad irritated. He's human at least.

He tries to be funny sometimes which isn't easy on black/white print and 140 characters, let alone the two words he often allows. It can be misinterpreted and come over as cold but I don't think it's meant that way. He' also uses Twitter as Prince would. His way There one moment gone the next. You know Prince...

I think he is just calling out people who tweet at him constantly and the same stuff.

From backseat driving tweets, to chill on the video footage of shows, and the chappelle pancake photo. If I was him, I would condensending af to have them stop tweeting at him. They don't stop though. They are either oblivious to him trying to school them or just not very bright. The one last week where he went off on someone for altering pics that were fine as is was funny stuff.

He is having open dialogue with us but when it makes web site news where the tweet is screen grabbed about youtube, it will make him more cautious on what to tweet and sooner or later, deleting the account eventually.

i don't use twitter. i've noticed that recently it's making the news more as an ANTI social media

Don't infer tone in tweets. You'll be happier that way.

Huh? What exactly do politicians or anybody else have to do with Prince and his Twitter? What other people do doesn't really prove what Prince does or doesn't do, about ANYTHING, let alone tweet on Twitter. As for why wouldn't Prince (use Twitter)? I don't know, I've always made a point to say that I'm not arrogant enough to claim to POSITIVELY KNOW FOR SURE (unlike some around here who I won''t name) anything about Prince, despite being a fan for as long as I have and getting some idea of what he's like and sounds like in tone and manner...and based on the content and wordage of the tweets on that account, IT'S MY OPINION that very, very, VERY few of those tweets sound like Prince. They sound more like they're written by some 20something trying hard to write in the vein of Prince(bonics).

And I'm so sorry, I must have missed the thread here where it was concluded definitively by Org members that it is, without a doubt, Prince tweeting. I'm so glad there are so many extremely knowledgeable people on this site who have all the inside facts about everything Prince.

I will try to make this easier for you to understand: I never said Prince was "above" twatting on Tweeter. I said those tweets DO NOT SOUND LIKE HIM -- TO ME. ***I*** believe he does NOT actually tweet those non-sounding-like-him tweets, but rather, a minion does it trying to sound like him (but failing). I don't understand your dragging politicians into this discussion as a point of comparison whatsoever.
