I was at the BODP taping at the LA House of Blues. One of my favorite shows period. I also remember P showing Renato the chords to it when NPG members were allowed into the rehearsal at The Kodak earlier that evening.
I'd love to hear a recording of the whole show. He did a sublime version of Beuatiful Strange & a jaw dropping Calhoun Square that night. |

I was almost at The World nightclub for the April 10 aftershow in NYC but I gave away my NPG Music Club pass to another fan after that nights scheduled concert at Avery Fisher Hall. Still kicking myself for that little mistake. | |

Still kicking myself for that little mistake. I was there. The day killed me. Soundcheck 1 1/2 h, concert 2 1/2, aftershow 2 h - ended at 5 if i remember correct. Having Alisia, who just had her first hit and was smiling from ear to ear was magic | |
