That was long ago. He's not vegan anymore. He served seafood and M&Ms (containing milk) at his 3121 house in LA in the last decade. He sold meat at his 3121 restaurant in Las Vegas.

He apparently used to have a dove called Divinity back in the 80s. Also I am sure Prince is too busy writing music and chasing tail to care about dogs or cats. Although I have a sneaky feeling there are 1 or 2 studio cats hanging around Paisley Park and of course the Guard dogs?

He still has doves (named Divinity and Majesty iirc). Mya showed them in their cage when she did thetour of PP at the Yahoo AOA/PE release party

Who would ever benifit from having a dog? Dumb submissive animals. What do dog owners have to prove to the world? Hold on, my dog is taking a shit on the other line... Can you call me back later?

It's been scientifically proven that owning a dog helps curb One's douchebag trolling tendencies. Maybe you should look into it. Oh,and I hear it also helps correct spelling mistakes.

I wasn't trolling. Dogs are disgusting. In ye days of old, dogs were useful for hunting and guarding, but nowadays? Maybe farm dogs have a purpose, still. But people living in the city should know better.

I don't mean to pick on you but you've made it sound as if Prince was in the back cooking up some steaks. Of course his restaurant in Vegas is going to accomodate the needs of the average consumer looking for a meal, as would his party when it came to food and snacks

However . . he is not a vegan anymore. He . . may possibly be an ovo-vegeterian - he has confirmed an affinity for making omelettes

That is not a very nice thing to say to a fellow human being IMO. Even if he/she doesn't like dogs. I kinda agree with luv2tha99s, never liked dogs myself either. Some of them are OK though, but in general they just get on my nerves with their jumping, barking, sliming and nervous behaviour. They can be really smelly too. neutral

RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time...

1. Control your dog and they wont.

2. Nervious behavious? Christ, aren't we all guilty of that?

You become a vegan for ethical reasons, if you think killing of animals is wrong. Selling dead body parts would be a total contradiction.

Even more disgusting are dog owners ... They crave an animal that stays loyal no matter how abused .. Then they honestly expect people to put up with being treated the same .. Most people should not own dogs ... Just try holding your pee for 5-8 hours .. And that is a dog being treated well .. Many pets are treated like garbage .. Dogs especially .. Abused into submission (trained, electrocuted) or even locked outside chAined to a pole in freezing weather .. People suck

1. Well, that's where my problem with dogs start, many people can't really control their dog.

2. I know you like dogs, but that doesn't mean I have to like them too.

3. Certainly helps, but many people don't.

I did say "some of them are ok though". But in general I don't enjoy dogs a lot.

Correction - BAD dog owners are disgusting. Some people shouldn't own a plant let alone a dog or cat. I agree with you "people suck". But then again, bad people suck; not all people (even though some days I wonder).

I've seen a photo of the back of PP and there was a doberman. Are there signs warning of guard dogs there?
