Yesterday I bought the 12 CD set 'Five Years' and it has that version on it.

First time I'm hearing it music

I love that version. How's that box set? I'm tempted by it despite the fact that it has only one song that would be new for me. smile

I have at least half the content already but I don't know how much of my stuff are the most recent remasters.

The 1st review on Amazon (there are currently 5) is what convinced me to buy it and that reviewer gives a much better review than I ever could regarding the technical aspects.

It's Bowie so I had to have it and there's a 100+ page book included.

I owe you thanks because earlier in this thread you mentioned the song It's Gonna Be Me.

So I searched for it on youtube and it was included on the re-release of Young Americans and my CD is only the original and doesn't have that track.

So I bought the digital version of YA and listened to IGBM dozens of times since. hug

Make sure to track down both versions of IGBM!

He is not the most versatile singer ever.

maybe we can change it and say:

Prince's music is the most versatile ever... because that could be true,

Prince is covering most styles of modern music,

pop,
disco,
funk,
rock,
soul,
rnb,
hip hop*
jazz*
